Shipping Policy

  • Overnight shipping via UPS is available for all products. Overnight orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. EST for next day delivery by UPS. Any orders past 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the following business day. If you select overnight shipping and it is not available in your area, you will be contacted by our customer service department.
  • All shipping confirmations with tracking numbers will be emailed out at 5:00 p.m. EST for deliveries.
  • All residential orders will require a signature. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
  • NO DELIVERIES ARE SHIPPED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Paradise Novelties is not responsible for package tardiness due to UPS error, orders being placed after business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, problems with credit card authorization or charging, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather phenomena, and natural disasters.

How long will it take to get my order?*

UPS Ground Delivery

UPS Ground orders vary by destination. Any UPS Ground Order placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day. Any order placed after 5:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

UPS Saturday Delivery

Paradise Novelties provides UPS Saturday Next Day delivery for $45. Saturday Delivery is not available everywhere. If you select Saturday delivery and you are not eligible, one of our staff will notify you and assist you in getting your product to you quickly!
