Inmarsat iSavi IsatHub Satellite Wi-Fi Hotspot

Inmarsat’s IsatHub portable Wi-FI hotspot is designed to enable data/voice connectivity in all areas of the world, excluding extreme polar regions. It operates over the Inmarsat-4 (1-4) satellite and ground network which provide it with an average availability of 99.9%. 

The operating service is accessed via a control and voice app which is downloaded onto a smartphone or tablet device. The app connects to the 1-4 network via a satellite terminal.

The Wideye ISavi from manufacturing partner AddValue is the first terminal to access the IsatHUb service.

The Wideye ISavi is compact, lightweight and highly portable. It’s also fairly easy to use and quick to set up – no technical expertise or training is needed to utilize it. This enables the user to establish a working online connection with IsatHub within minutes. 

This device has a 30 meter Wi-Fi range, and multiple devices can share the same connection simultaneously. 

The power consumption rate of this device is fairly low, and the battery can be recharged either via conventional electricity or solar energy. 

With the IsatHub service, you can connect multiple devices at once, easily and quickly. And with the IsatHub control app, with your iPhone, Android or other WiFi enabled device, you’re in full control: with setup assistance, the ability to manage access to the IsatHub service, and visibility over the data usage of each device sharing your connection, you can manage the IsatHub as you see fit.
